Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive cold calling efforts to generate and set appointments with potential clients across North America for JanBask’s web design, digital marketing, and e-commerce solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including call volume, scheduled meetings, closed proposals, and revenue goals.
- Engage in complete sales cycle management, including prospecting, research, lead nurturing, proposal preparation, and closing.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by understanding client needs and matching them with our IT, web design, digital marketing, and e-commerce services.
- Sales Strategy & Methodology: Develop and execute sales strategies based on proven methodologies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling presentations and software demos, showcasing JanBask’s website design, digital marketing, SEO, and custom development capabilities to prospective clients.
- Sales Documentation: Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and proposal requests with tailored, detailed, and professional submissions that demonstrate our expertise.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior sales team members, helping them meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Offshore Sales Model Development: Collaborate with the offshore team in India to drive the sales process and effectively target North American clients.
- Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on web design, digital marketing strategies (including SEO, PPC, and social media), and e-commerce solutions.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance data, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continuous growth.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience in website design, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related IT services, with a focus on North American and international markets.
- Sales Management: 3+ years of sales management experience, successfully leading teams and achieving sales quotas for at least 2 years.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels and clients.
- Sales Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing, and sales tracking software.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a team to meet sales targets, and mentor junior team members to grow their skills and close deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of website design, digital marketing services, SEO, PPC, and e-commerce solutions.
