Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue prospective clients across industries (finance, healthcare, education, insurance, government, etc.) who can benefit from our custom IT solutions and consulting services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to build a consistent and qualified pipeline.
- Actively engage in outbound lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, events, webinars, and industry platforms.
- Understand the pain points and technology needs of potential clients, offering tailored solutions across services such as Salesforce Consulting, Web & App Development, Cloud Migration, and more.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their technology roadmap.
- Provide consultative solutions that align with client goals and our service capabilities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay informed on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position JanBask as a market leader.
- Gather client feedback and market intelligence to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Work in close collaboration with technical teams, project managers, and solution architects to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Share insights and progress reports with senior leadership to inform business strategies and optimize sales efforts.
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or account management within the IT services or consulting industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital solutions like CRM (e.g., Salesforce), web/app development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
