Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Possess hands-on experience to deliver high quality, reliable and scalable SaaS applications.
Designing, testing, automating, securing and managing software projects, including leading a small team of engineers.
Possess solid understanding of API's development, security standards e.g., OAUTH and SAML.
Can work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment and able to multi task, wear multiple hats
Attract top Quality Assurance talent and retain them to build a global QA organization that scales to support our expanding product lines.
Have 10+ years of experience delivering high quality, performant and scalable Java based application platforms.
Work with engineering and product managers to proactively plan, staff and execute QA projects improving efficiency and velocity on an on-going basis
You define QA policies, efficiency metrics, KPI and improvement targets
You should know Test Automation, Performance Testing, etc.

Position Requirements:

At Least 3 Years of experience in a hands-on Managerial role, within a start-up or small company, dealing with the below:
STRONG Automation Architecture in a small or start-up environment
Agile development methodologies experience, extreme programming, test driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related techniques
Experience with at least one CI/CD tool is a plus
Experience with Junit, Mockito, etc.
Have a good working knowledge of AWS deployments, QA Automation technologies such as Robot Framework, Selenium and TDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
Have a good knowledge of Frontend Frameworks such as Angular or React, Responsive Single Page Web applications.
