Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead complete project lifecycle management—from kickoff through planning, execution, delivery, and post-project analysis.
Define and document the project scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics that are aligned with client and business objectives.
Create and manage project timelines, resource plans, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, adapting quickly to change and ensuring smooth project execution.
Facilitate collaboration across technical teams, UI/UX designers, QA, and business analysts, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates, progress reports, and escalation paths.
Ensure adherence to project governance, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices.
Capture lessons learned and champion continuous improvement across future projects and delivery processes.

Position Requirements:

4+ years of experience managing IT and digital projects (CRM, web development, cloud solutions, custom applications, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and digital product delivery frameworks.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience handling multiple projects with competing priorities.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana; experience with Salesforce project management is a plus.
PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications preferred.
