Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements through client interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Support the creation of process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Analyze existing client workflows and suggest areas for improvement or automation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and internal teams, and help prepare presentations and reports.
- Conduct market or competitor research to support business strategy and solution design.
- Help with user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating functionality.
Position Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Interest in digital solutions, CRM platforms (like Salesforce), web/app development, or cloud technology.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Trello, or Lucidchart is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
