- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Design and implement sales processes, call scripts, cadences, and outreach strategies that align with JanBask’s IT service offerings (Salesforce consulting, cloud solutions, app development, etc.).
- Monitor daily activities, call performance, and CRM hygiene to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the business development team.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with outreach efforts and maximize inbound lead conversion.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and present performance reports to senior leadership.
- Continuously coach team members on product knowledge, objection handling, consultative selling, and pipeline development.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, client challenges, and competitors to help refine messaging and outreach.
Position Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in inside sales or sales management, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology environments.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and metrics tracking. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into strategy and action.
- Knowledge of IT services, such as CRM consulting, digital transformation, web or app development, or cloud migration, is highly desirable.
