Job Description  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Cold Calling, and Email Campaigns. 
  • Research potential clients and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in prospecting efforts through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Help qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales staff.
  • Learn to pitch JanBask’s services—CRM consulting (e.g., Salesforce), web/app development, cloud solutions, and IT support.
  • Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) with lead information and interaction history.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies, email templates, and sales materials.

Position Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in tech, digital services, and business strategy.
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software is a plus.
  • Eager to learn about B2B sales and how companies grow in the digital age.
