Salesforce has recently launched the new version of their widely appreciated application Lightning, which is considered as one of the best Salesforce CRM integration tools, used enormously by millions. This new version contains a price quote feature from SteelBrick and a built in Wave analytics and intelligent email from RelatelQ purchase in 2014. By combining with SteelBrick, Salesforce has accelerated their services and features due to the availability of the magnificent and wide resources provided by SteelBrick, which seems to benefit the Lightning team greatly.
The Lightning program was widely known for its flexibility, reliability and usability that allow the clients attract more and more customers by building new applications at a rapid speed and creating responsive and beautifully designed webpages in a few clicks. Lightning is undoubtedly the best Salesforce CRM integration tool and with the emergence of SteelBrick’s features, the newer version of Lightning has become even more powerful.
Furthermore, with this new version, the company also announced a new build in phone tool using Twilio’s Voice API through which the employees can make a call directly from the Salesforce, which may not be as effective as Skype calls, but certainly are a clear sign of reaching new markets. All this will allow the Salesforce to maintain even deeper relationship with their customers. They will be able to offer smart Salesforce CRM integration mails, create new quotes, send contracts for signature and make voice calls while working on the application.
The Wave analytics feature will help the user to view dashboards, graphs and charts, and makes track their success and find out the areas where their undivided attention is needed. Well, no matter what, with SteelBrick acquisition, Salesforce has certainly made the best third party integration and only time will tell how well this collaboration will go. But for now, it is considered as one of the great steps taken by Salesforce in a recent years.
